Prices, Shipping Costs, Return Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and therefore include statutory VAT. For shipments within Germany, we cover the costs of an eligible return in the event of a withdrawal.

Outside Germany, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.

Payment Terms

You may pay by PayPal or credit card (via PayPal service). In some countries, payment by invoice (via PayPal service) and instant bank transfer (via Klarna service) is also offered. All payment data is transmitted in encrypted form. No other payment methods are offered and will be rejected.

When using a payment service provider, it enables the Brigitte Adolph online shop and customers to process payments between each other. In this process, the payment service provider forwards the customer’s payment to the Brigitte Adolph online shop. Further information can be found on the website of the respective payment service provider.

If paying by credit card, the customer must be the cardholder.

Delivery Terms

1. Option “Buy online”
   The delivery time is stated in the respective product description. Goods are dispatched after confirmed receipt of payment. Deliveries up to a goods value of €1,000 are shipped via DHL; for higher amounts, UPS will deliver. The customer will be informed immediately of any delays.
2. Option “Buy at a jeweller” (Germany and Austria)
   If the customer chooses to have a selection of jewellery sent to an authorised retailer and participant in Brigitte Adolph’s partner program, i.e. a local jeweller’s shop, the usual terms and conditions of the respective jeweller or retailer apply.
