Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the jewellery item is returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging (including jewellery box and documentation).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made items
- Special orders
- Individually ordered sizes, shapes or colours
- Engraved jewellery or items made to order
- Gift vouchers
Returns within Germany & the EU
- Free returns within the 14-day withdrawal period
- Insured return shipment via the courier service designated by us
- After approval of the return, you will receive a return shipping label from us
- To register your return and receive the return label:

Returns outside the EU
- 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods
- No free returns
- Return shipment must be insured and sent via our designated courier service
- The return shipping label will be provided by us
- Return shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes or import fees will be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods
- Refunds will be made exclusively using the payment method used for the original purchase
- In the case of returns without a valid right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or return the goods at the customer’s expense
