About me
Brigitte Adolph
My love for jewelry is in my blood. Even as a child, I was fortunate enough to experience and appreciate the exquisite craftsmanship in my parents' goldsmith workshop. My professional journey has taken me across Europe – these diverse impressions are now expertly incorporated into my signature lace jewelry.
I honed my craftsmanship at the court jeweler Gaudy in Stockholm. I developed my design style during my subsequent studies at the Institute for Precious Metals in Copenhagen, the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences, and the Escola Massana in Barcelona.
In 2005, I established my own studio in Karlsruhe. In my jewelry collections, I combine ideas from bygone eras with contemporary design – creating expressive, high-end jewelry full of emotion.
My work has received numerous national and international awards. Today, my jewelry is available at over 100 jewelers, galleries, and select shops in Europe, North America, and Asia.
A journey
Top jewelry from the very beginning
It almost seems as if you can see the fine threads from which my jewelry is made – like delicate lace dipped in gold and silver. The illusion is nearly perfect. Only colored gemstones and pearls reveal that something else lies beneath.
I find my best ideas browsing flea markets for antique lace or looking at historical paintings. Lace has a long tradition as a feminine adornment – mostly in textile form. I am often inspired by the pattern of an antique lace collar.
Interpreted through my concept of jewelry, this could result in earrings or a ring.
In this way, I capture the charm of bygone eras and translate traditional elements into a modern, contemporary design. The texture and sensuality of lace live on in exquisite treasures, where diamonds and gemstones sparkle as if woven in.
New collections are constantly being created through collaborations with top manufacturers and jewelry producers – unmistakably in my style.

"I play with perception: My jewelry appears light like fabric and surprises with the feel of the precious metal when touched. Inspired by the past, top collections are created with an authentic, independent expression."
My talent for translating the aesthetics of a nearly forgotten craft into contemporary designer jewelry has been recognized with numerous awards. Among the most prestigious are the Red Dot Award , the Jewelry Award , and inclusion in the Modern Jewelry Collection .
