in my first works
I discovered my love for lace during my studies, when I began incorporating textile mementos from my family. Initially, these became pictorial compositions, later pieces of jewelry – I crocheted the lace for them myself.
My collections preserve an old craft and take you on a journey into the past, while keeping your heart firmly in the here and now.
Is it really that simple?
Crocheting, bobbin lace making, blacksmithing
Over the years, I have become an ambassador for lace. My special technique remains – quite deliberately – my secret. However, I am happy to share my inspiration: Venetian lace motifs, patterns from Nottingham lace tradition, and delicate borders like those found in old paintings.
I'll reveal this much: The painting of a merchant's daughter with a generous lace collar inspired me to create the opulent earrings "Merchant's Daughter" .

My jewelry is created in my studio near Karlsruhe – from the initial idea to the finished piece. I work with recycled precious metals, thus contributing to the conservation of valuable resources.
Sustainability is an ongoing process for me. In my studio, I make sure to source as many materials as possible from responsible suppliers and consistently use green electricity.

Diamonds and pearls
I source the brilliant-cut diamonds from Germany's oldest diamond cutting and polishing workshop, which is a member of the WFDB. All diamonds used are certified according to the Kimberley Process .
This certification process ensures that no so-called blood diamonds enter the market and promotes fair working conditions, protection from child labor, and responsible mining methods.
My freshwater pearls come from sustainably managed farms. Their high quality is a testament to careful cultivation and good ecological conditions on the pearl farms.
