Anyone who likes to travel knows the
\nexcitement when you discover a particularly
\nbeautiful place, the magic when the landscape
\nopens up before you and reveals its charms, the
\nmagic of foreign cultures and the heavenly
\nenjoyment of foreign foods and spices. My trip
\nto Marrakesh combined all of this in an
\nincredible way. I immersed myself in a world
\nfull of colours and smells, marvelling at the rich
\nornaments that could be found on almost every
\ncorner. Our photo shoot took place under all
\nthese impressions, to which the pieces of
\njewellery from the Marrakesh collection went
\nperfectly. The openwork lace design of the
\npieces, the symmetry of the shapes and the
\njuxtaposition of the ornaments, as seen in the
\nbracelet, reflect the graphically opulent
\ndecorations that characterize the buildings of
\nMorocco. The soft, warm light of the sun gives
\nthe pictures a special expressiveness. In our
\nregion, the magic of the Orient continues to have
\nan effect on jewellery. Worked in detail and
\nfiligree, the pieces impress with the connection
\nof Oriental ornamentation with the graphic
